Sarasota Subaru is looking for motivated Automotive Sales Associates to join our winning team. Applicants must be high energy, personable individuals with a professional appearance.  Excellent work ethic and strong customer relations skills are required.  Sales experience is preferred, but not required. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales Associates meet and greet customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
• Sales Associates test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
• Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills are a MUST.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
• Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Valid U.S. Driver's license
